How long does it take to recover my data?

Depending on the severity of the issues on the hard drive or storage devices, it can take generally between 1 to 9 days. For more complex cases, it may need more time and resources. Priority services are also available upon request for urgent cases.

Are the fees the same to recover a small amount of data compared to recovering a large amount of data?

The resources and time required to recover data, for partially loaded hard disk compared to one that is fully loaded with data, is almost the same. As such, the fees for data recovery is based on per disk / lot basis and not dependent on the amount of data recovered.

How do I get my data back?

You can either provide a backup drive to store the recovered data or opt to purchase a brand new hard disk for that purpose.
